- Publications: bibliographical data, PDF-library, automatic literature database recherche
- Research group: coworker data (e-mail, phone, address), projects, publications, self presentation (research topics and projects, collaboration partners)
- System administration: software (location, documentation, access), computers (Name, IP Address, users, access, location), network connections
